Directions: After cleansing, apply a "large pea" size of Defender to your fingertips and blend over your entire face and neck. Avoid the immediate eye area. Use mornings and/or evening (or anytime you have cleansed your face).

Yes. Whether you have normal, oily, or dry skin you need a moisturiser and the protection that it gives you. What might change is the amount that you use.

In the product usage directions we give you the approximate amount for a skin that verges on either side of normal. However, if your skin is drier you may feel that an extra half of a pea or more is necessary to make your skin feel comfortable. Only you know how your skin feels: after all, you have to live in it. But it is better to add more if you feel you need it than to have way too much and then waste it by wiping it off on a tissue. Oilier skins may feel they want to cut the amount by half and see how their skins feel.

Defender can and should be used every morning or anytime you have cleansed your skin. You can use it in the evenings as well but you may want to take advantage of the additional benefits of using the Enhancer AAF Stealth-Tan Facial Moisturiser as an evening moisturiser instead.
