I do not normally have the time to leave feedback for products, however I felt five minutes of my time was the least I could give back to what XCD has given me. It was my sister's wedding at the weekend and I was looking really pale and tired in the weeks building up to it. I was shopping and came across the XCD range for men. The two products that caught my eye the most were XCD Enhancer Self Tan Moisturiser and the Improver Tinted Moiusturiser. I have never been a fan of guys wearing fake tan and cosmetic items, so must admit was a little apprehensive about buying such products. I started putting on the Enhancer a few days before the wedding – just a little every night before bed. By the day of the wedding I looked so much healthier – I had a great even colour on my entire face and neck, and best of all it looked completely natural. People at the wedding were asking if I have been on holiday as I was looking really tanned healthy! I cannot write in words how impressed I am and how grateful I am for this product. It deserves a clear 10/10 and I would recommend it to everyone. As for the Improver, although I do not wear this every day, I wore it on the day of the wedding and it completely smoothed my face, adding an even healthier look on top of the Enhancer and made me feel über confident the whole day and night! Even when dancing later on and building up a sweat, my skin stayed fresh and the product was completely unidentifiable! Amazing! Please put this comment on your site as I believe this product should be given all the praise it can get! I have now thrown away all my crappy clinique and clarins products (which cost me twice the money but did not even give half the results!) and have bought every product in the XCD range! Not one person has ever noticed I am even wearing the XCD Improver on my face, it looks so natural no one can tell! Also, if you wake up very tired from a previous night and apply the Improver, your face will look energized and ready for a long day, you feel tired, but don't look it one bit thanks to King of Shaves! I think you guys need to have this in more stores! It was a bit tricky finding it at first. I went to the US website and it listed CVS Pharmacy as a reseller. The first one I went to didn't know about the product line. They asked me it it was part of a bigger company but at that time I had forgotten about King of Shaves. I went up and down the cosmetic aisle for close to 45 minutes. I just figured that maybe I wasn't looking in the right place, so I asked the sales lady about the XCD product line and we searched for another few minutes. I pretty much gave up and thought that this particular store doesn't carry it. The next day I tried another CVS and spent a few more minutes carefully looking thought the cosmetic aisle and moisturizers. Just as a stab, I connected to the internet via my mobile phone and did a search for XCD Perfecter and finally realized that King of Shaves was the main company. I immediately went to the aisle with all the shaving products and found the XCD Perfecter I was looking for. This stuff is great. I suffer from oily skin only on my forehead and I'm real self conscious about it. I've tried about five other products that claim to help with oil control but Perfector is the only one that works. Big, big Thanks. Even the first day I used it, I would still go into the bathroom at work and prepare to wipe the excess oil off of my forehead, but I didn't have to do that at all the entire 4 hours after applying it. I've never sent written praise like this before, but am highly motivated to do so now! I've been using male grooming / skincare products for at least the last 20 years - I use Clinique, Clarins, Lancôme and Gaultier amongst others regularly. Finding an effective under-eye treatment has always proved to be a pretty futile search until a couple of days ago. I purchased a bottle of Reviver from my local Boots store and am absolutely amazed! Not only does it work, it is fantastic - like corrective surgery in a bottle! Thank you very much for this range, having tried Reviver I will now move over completely to the XCD range - if it's all as effective as this, it will spell farewell to other, possibly better known male skincare ranges for me. Hi! Just to say how pleased and delighted I am with the XCD product range... At first I couldn't find any stockists but I was over the moon to find Boots finally stocking the complete range in Central London. I immediately bought the whole range without a second thought, because I knew I was buying quality kit! I really enjoy using the different XCD products each day to great effect... people have already commented on the healthiness of my complexion and quality and feel of my skin... and the great thing is you only have to use a little as per the instructions! I have tried the XCD Primer this morning (a product like this is not something I would normally have tried) and was pleasantly surprised. No-not pleasanly surprised but astounded that a product I would have considered as an unnecessary indulgence was so impressive. What can I say after just one use [its] "wow in a can"! I just wanted to thank you for introducing the XCD product range for men. At first I hesitated to purchase your products because I was skeptical of the quality - thinking that a skin care range for men meant to parallel the types of products women use was nothing more than a gimmick. Boy was I wrong! XCD Perfecter is the most incredible product I've ever used... period! wanted something that would even out my skin tone and leave me with a matte finish all day long, without looking like I borrowed my girlfriend's make-up. On Friday the 30th July I purchased three products from your new XCD range. These were the Enhancer, Perfecter and Reviver. Having used your King of Shaves products for at least 18 months with great satisfaction, I looked at the XCD range in Boots and initially thought that it was pretty expensive. However, due to my satisfaction with your shaving oil, shaving gel and shower gel I decided to try them at least once. Basically, I would like to offer congratulations to the XCD development team for developing three products that are absolutely SUPERB! Every single product does exactly what it says on the label. I've had a bit of a heavy weekend, but have used the Reviver cream every morning. About 15-30 minutes after I've used it my eyes and the surrounding area look fresh and natural. I first used the Enhancer on Friday night before bed as directed. I then put some more on in the morning and two hours before I went out on Saturday night. I felt as if my skin looked awesome. This was confirmed when all of my mates that I hadn't seen for a while asked if I'd been abroad. Awesome! As I said before I felt a bit rough this morning so I got up and used the Reviver and Perfecter. The Perfecter really does make your face feel fantastic all day and night. Suffice it to say I will be purchasing the rest of the range this week and will be using it again and again. I have been using XCD Defender and Reviver for a few weeks and I can definitely see an improvement in my skin, especially under the eyes. I wear glasses and the skin under my eyes sees very little direct natural light and therefore looks "greyer" than the rest of my face. But no longer! I'd recommend your products to anyone - and indeed I do! I only wish that your products had been available twenty years ago, I'd look half my age by now. Dave (UK) |

Thanks for the samples, after just one application of the Perfecter and Improver, I was hooked. They feel great and are easy to use. You really notice the difference. I have now purchased the whole range and will now throw out all the other rubbish in my bathroom cabinet. Wow, I was blown away by the XCD product line! I first tried Enhancer and Perfecter and was amazed at the difference in the look and feel of my skin. I went out the next day and bought Improver and Reviver, and was similarly impressed. Improver looked too dark in the tube, but I thought I'd give it a try anyway. When I applied it, it looked perfectly natural. I'm hooked! I hope you plan to continue addressing the skin care needs of men. The Enhancer is such a success! I had never used a self tan product before because I was worried about getting that orange fake look. The results from the Enhancer were simply remarkable. My tan looked so natural I had to keep reminding myself it was fake. It beats any tan I have received from a sun bed! Super job! I just need to find a product for my body now that will live up to those standards. It's such a shame that you don't do one. I'll look forward to trying future additions to the range. David (UK) |

I am a performer in music and dance, and try to look my best when possible. Creating the flawless look for men is not often easy, and many other products simply are to heavy, and give me a "fake" look. Being a man, I often feel uncomfortable going into the womans section searching for products to hide complexion, and enhance the skin. Since XCD is a product created for men, I don't have to be ashamed to look for the product. I now can get the product I need, and feel good about it. The natural look of the Improver is great since it can help hide redness nad the uneven look of my skin. Used with Perfecter, I get the look I am going for with smooth, soft skin. Greetings from the USA! About a week ago I purchased your full line of XCD products. I must say they are of excellent quality and reasonably priced. Most notably the Improver and Perfecter helped me to achieve the results that I was expecting. The Enhancer and Defender are also excellent compliments to a full facial care regime for men. I have now used several products in the [XCD] range and I am extremely happy with the results. They are top quality, no-nonsense products at a decent price (as is the King of Shaves range). Having read about your range of XCD products, in all honesty I "laughed" and even dismissed the range as "make-up" for girly men. However after seeing the range featured in most men's lifestyle magazines I thought I would try the products myself. I purchased the Enhancer at first because that appealed to me most as a self tan product. I was truly amazed!!! A few days later I brought the Perfecter and I recently ordered the Improver from the website because I could not get hold of it anywhere - must be popular! I am now a great fan of this XCD range. Very impressed with XCD - especially the Improver and Perfecter. I have been using King of Shaves products for some time now so was expecting good things from XCD and it didn't disappoint. Given the price however, I think it will be reserved for special occasions rather than everyday use. One comment is that the packaging seems a bit over the top - I would rather pay less for the product and do away with the outer packaging. James (UK) |

Yes I did buy all the product in your new XCD range just to see what they were like... (I normally use Clinique) and I must say that they seem quite good so far... especially the "Perfecter". I'm not too sure about the Self Tan Moisturiser as I've seen no difference in my skin colour in the morning, and I think the Tinted Moisturiser is a little too dark for my skin tone and is quite visible when applied, but... apart from that all seems good I 'spose... I also think that plastic tubes would be better as you would not have to leave some product behind when you throw the hard plastic dispenser away and perhaps less plastic would be used in the manufacturing process. A job well done! I used Enhancer Self Tan Moisturiser and was amazed! My skin instantly felt smoother and more supple and not at all dry like it usually is after having been in a swimming pool for a couple of hours. Whilst I did not notice a significant skin-tone change this morning I am sure that the product will cause a gentle change with more use. Having this morning also used the Improver Tinted Moisturiser and Perfecter Gel I can assure you that you have got these products spot on and I shall definitely continue using them. The Reviver Eye Cream and Perfecter Gel are in my desk drawer at this very moment. I was very impressed at how non-greasy the products were. Many thanks for your excellent products. Jon (UK) |
